Lifetime Warranty

At Reviewtify, we proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty on all NFC products because we stand by their quality and performance.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers NFC functionality only. If your product stops scanning or becomes unreadable due to a fault in the NFC chip, we will:

Replace it free of charge with the original unit returned to us
OR
Reprogram it at no cost if the product is still physically intact

What’s Not Covered

We do not cover damage resulting from misuse or external causes including but not limited to:

Cracks breaks or warping of the PVC or plastic
Water damage melting or exposure to heat
Scratches bending or other physical abuse from improper use
Damage caused by customers staff or any third party

The warranty applies only if the product stops scanning due to NFC failure and is returned in acceptable physical condition.

How to Claim

To initiate a warranty claim please contact us with your order details and a short video showing the issue. If eligible we’ll arrange for a swap or reprogramming at no cost to you.
